Retail Sales Associate/Guest Service Associate

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization
  • Coordinate guest flow, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system
  • Answer calls and assist with guest questions
  • Handle payments and transactions
  • Recommend and educate on service packages (this is a BIG part of the role)
  • Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques
