We have been engaged by one of our clients to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for their growing team. Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, implements, or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) relates effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical supervision for entry level nurses and assists in their development.
  • Able to assess patients quickly, prioritize, and assist in minor procedures.
  • Manage patient check-in process, performance of triage work for doctors, and assisting with initial insurance paperwork.
  • Communicate with doctors and patients to keep everyone updated on test results and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel and report lab findings back to doctors.
  • Demonstration of sound decision-making in emergency scenarios based on patient conditions such as vital signs, patient presentation, and assessments.
  • Provide RN care for all patients, as well as handling of intubations, defibrillations, auto transfusions, Medlock insertions, splinting, and more.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Nursing Diploma & Valid FL RN License
  • Current (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
  • One (1) year experience as a Nurse preferred
