We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive patient assessments to inform individualized care plans.
  • Administer IV medications and injections accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
  • Manage biologic infusions (training provided), catheter care and wound care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate case management efforts, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and EMR/EHR systems. Utilizing nurse created user friendly documentation system.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, including chronic disease management and medication administration.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of employment with current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, phlebotomy, sterile processing techniques, and aseptic technique adherence.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments. Communicate with MD as indicated.
