Registered Nurse (RN) - PER DIEM
Job Summary:
AdviniaCare Venice is seeking a compassionate and talented Registered Nurse to join our team and mission to continuously strive at providing quality nursing care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our PER DIEM team, you will be responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health. You will provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families, while ensuring the safety and physical comfort of each patient.
Responsibilities:
  • Take vital signs, perform assessments, and administer medications as ordered
  • Care for wounds, oversee patient treatment plans, and provide emotional support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
  • Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
  • Ensure the safety and physical comfort of each patient
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution
  • Active applicable state licensure
  • American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Clean background check and clean drug screen
  • Nursing experience preferred
  • Requires stamina and physical strength
