Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Range: $46.47 โ€“ $65.05 (based on experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    • $20,000 (3+ years of experience)
    • $5,000 (1โ€“3 years of experience)

Schedule
  • Full-Time | Night/Day Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages for our client.

In this role, you will utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and patient-centered care to support safe deliveries and positive patient outcomes. You will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all stages of labor and delivery
  • Monitor maternal and fetal status, including fetal heart rate interpretation
  • Provide labor support, education, and guidance to patients and families
  • Assist in vaginal deliveries and C-section procedures
  • Perform newborn assessments and support immediate neonatal care
  • Administer medications safely, including neonatal dosing
  • Respond to obstetric emergencies and complications
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Promote family-centered care and breastfeeding support
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license โ€“ California
  • Experience in Labor & Delivery, Maternal Child Health, or Acute Care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Required Certifications
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) โ€“ Required
