Lindsay Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team! As a member of our NOC shift team, you will help ensure our residents receive attentive, quality care throughout the night. Your clinical judgment, calming presence, and dedication will make a meaningful difference in their comfort, safety, and well-being.
What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate nursing care that respects each resident's dignity, preferences, and individual needs.
  • Perform nursing assessments, monitor residents' conditions, and respond promptly to changes.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, observations, and resident responses.
  • Communicate changes in condition and concerns to physicians, nursing leadership, and families as appropriate.
  • Provide direction and support to LVNs and CNAs to promote coordinated care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and continuity of care.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing needs during the shift.
  • Follow infection-prevention practices and promote a safe, comfortable environment.
  • Provide reassurance and support to residents and families.
  • Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure a smooth transition between care teams.
