Registered Nurse

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate

Skills/Requirements:

  • Required: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
  • Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
