Job description

Anchor Health is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our After Hours-On Call team! . 

Position Pay: $32-$38/hr.

Days and times worked: Weekend; 8am-5pm On Call

The non-negotiables:

  • Must have a valid Licensed Vocational/Practical Nursing license within the state of California

  • Must have at least one year of experience as an LVN/LPN

  • Hospice experience preferred, but not required

  • Must have evidence of CPR training

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive to patient’s location.

What you will be doing:

  • Covering our weekend (Friday & Saturday) evenings 5p-8a as an LVN runner. This individual will be on-call for any symptom management/PRN visits that come up after hours and are assigned by our Triage RN. You will not need to answer any calls directly, our Triage RNs are available 24/7 and they will be reaching out to you in case of a visit need. This is strictly a field position. 

Documentation is done through Homecare Homebase (HCHB – PointCare); all timesheets and mileage are reimbursed directly through our EMR system.
