Our organization in Kearney, NE, is in search of a dedicated and talented RN to become part of their Labor & Delivery team. This facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and is committed to keeping mothers and their newborns together, creating a rewarding work environment.


In your role as a Labor & Delivery RN, you will be essential in delivering outstanding care to mothers and their infants. Your duties will encompass:

  • Delivering comprehensive support to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 laboring ratio
  • Applying your proficient IV skills and experience with C-sections to assist the team
  • Providing support in the NICU for feeders and growers as required
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including lactation counselors and maternity educators
  • Ensuring precise documentation through the MediTech EMR system

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid RN license
  • Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP (FHM preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday
