The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing your team while supporting patients' health and well-being through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the CNO, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, policies and procedures, that are necessary for providing quality care.
  • Must be able to show leadership, schedule and manage staff to ensure compliance with care plans.
  • Problem solve as issues arise.
  • Supervise the nursing activities performed by the charge nurses as well as the CNAs.
  • Work as a liaison with other nurses, clinicians, physicians, labs, radiology, etc.
