  • Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certificationย 
  • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environmentย 
  • Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each residentย 
  • Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisionsย
