Registered Nurse (RN) – Day & Night Shifts

Simpsonville, SC (Onsite)
12-Hour Shifts | 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be a key member of a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals on their path to stability and independence.

We are actively hiring RNs for day and night shifts, with shift differentials for nights and weekends.

What You’ll Do

As an RN, you will oversee and support the medical and clinical needs of individuals in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and responses to treatment
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Identifying and reporting changes in condition or abnormal diagnostic data
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and care teams to implement care plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supporting a safe, therapeutic, and structured care environment
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external healthcare providers as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina (BSN preferred)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience (behavioral health/psychiatric experience preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

Schedule & Location

  • Day Shift: 6AM–6PM
  • Night Shift: 6PM–6AM
  • Location: Simpsonville, SC (onsite role)
  • Rotating schedule designed to support work-life balance
