Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our RN Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations and clinical coordination of both primary care and specialty care services. You’ll provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of Medical Assistants and back-office clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in patient care.

Everyday you will:

  • Supervise and mentor registered nurses and support staff, provide guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Ensuring optimal patient flow and efficient utilization of resources to meet the demand for services.
  • Addressing patient care or service problems promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Managing staffing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage to meet patient needs.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of the center.
Job Requirements

Required:

  • This position requires current licensure as a registered nurse plus one years' increasingly responsible health care operations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resourcesrequired.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills andconflict mediation ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
  • Current RN Supervisory experience and or Charge RN experience is strongly preferred.
