Colonial Manor of Elma is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our nursing team and support high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility.

What We're Looking For
  • Active RN license in Iowa or compact state, or ability to obtain Iowa licensure before start
  • Nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, senior care, or a related setting
  • Leadership experience such as DON, ADON, RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, MDS, or Nurse Manager
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations, MDS, care planning, and quality measures preferred
