Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Supervisor

Location: Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center – Fairmont, WV
Schedule: Weekend Supervisor Role (Full-Time Hours Over Weekends)
Pay: $47/hour + Daily Pay Option

Fairmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is under new management and is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Weekend Supervisor. This role provides leadership and support to the nursing team during weekend shifts while helping ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Your Role as Weekend RN Supervisor
  • Provide on-shift leadership and support for the nursing team (LPNs, CNAs, and RNs) during weekend operations

  • Assist with staffing coordination, troubleshooting concerns, and promoting efficient workflow

  • Support admission processes and ensure proper documentation practices

  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and assist with clinical decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

  • Promote teamwork, resident safety, and high-quality care

  • Maintain a supportive, collaborative environment for staff and residents

  • Carry a reduced/limited patient load as needed, while primarily acting in a supervisory capacity

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of West Virginia (or compact state)

  • Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
