Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Job Schedule: 7am-7pm

Job Summary:

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and services to our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide exceptional patient care

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met

  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate the quality of care and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
