(RN) REGERSTIRED NURSE OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

Belove It Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekday and Weekend RN or LPN to join our team in Wickliffe, OH. As a Weekend RN or LPN at Belove It Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, family members, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of multiple patients and families

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as an LPN

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, vital sign assessment, and wound care

  • Experience with tracheostomy (trach care)
    Experience with G-tube (feeding tube)
    Ventilator experience preferred (stable vents

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
