Infinite Ties Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing our LCSW to provide vital services from the comfort of their own space while maintaining a flexible schedule. Regular business hours will be observed; however, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to participate in special events and community programs. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their specific social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing both standardized tools and individualized discussions.
• Deliver high-quality counseling and support services to individuals and families, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, providing clients with coping mechanisms and pathways to positive change.
• Formulate and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support to enhance their well-being.
• Actively advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating access to resources, social services, and legal options related to their rights and entitlements.
• Engage in program development, evaluation, and grant reporting activities to maximize the effectiveness of our services and secure funding for ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers, fostering partnerships that enrich our client services and outreach efforts.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community networking events to stay abreast of current trends and best practices in social work and community health.

Your work will involve servicing a diverse client population that spans various demographics, including individuals facing economic hardships, families navigating crises, and marginalized groups requiring additional support and resources. Through a trauma-informed care lens, you will foster a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and pursue growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources relevant to the populations we serve.
• Exemplary communication skills, with a proven ability to empathize and effectively engage clients and community partners.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Previous experience working in a non-profit organization or a community-based role is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health and a sound understanding of clinical assessment tools.
• Experience contributing to program development and community outreach efforts is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, our LCSW will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
