Job Summary 
Seeking a Retreat Director who reports directly to the franchise owner and leads the daily operations of the retreat. This leadership role is responsible for driving membership growth, developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving operational excellence. 
 
Responsibilities 
·         Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain employees 
·         Drive Revenue and profitability through operational excellence and inventory management
·         Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of retreat operations 
·         Create and manage team member schedules for optimal retreat performance 
·         Lead the team in upholding Massage Heights brand standards and values
·         Drive membership sales, conversion, and retention
·         Develop and coach a high-performing team
·         Participate in all corporate initiatives including monthly calls, training, and other cultural programs 
·         Maintain operational standards in accordance with Massage Heights policies and procedures
·         Set performance goals and create action plans to achieve results
·         Execute local marketing initiatives to generate new leads
·         Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns and building lasting member relationships
 
Qualifications 
·         Minimum 2 years of membership-based service and/or retail management experience 
·         Experience leading and developing hourly teams
·         Self-starter with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
·         Working knowledge of labor and employment laws. 
·         Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution 
·         Ability to build and sustain a positive, accountable team culture
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software systems
·         Basic business math skills 
·         Experience managing budgets and P & L performance
 
Preferred Qualifications 
·         Practical knowledge of Zenoti or similar Spa POS management software systems 
·         Understanding membership-based spa, massage, or wellness operations
·         Experience working in a franchise environment
