This is a 100% remote position that enables you to work from the comfort of your home while helping clients from across the state of Nevada. As part of our fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you will collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in regular meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage with clients aged 18 to 30 at our outpatient treatment center dedicated to providing structured programs that focus on holistic and evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions that promote connection and shared experiences among clients, enhancing their healing journey.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized and empathetic counseling tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them explore thoughts, emotions, and processes while developing coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design thorough and individualized treatment plans targeted at their specific goals and personal aspirations.
• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients’ development and outcomes, adjusting treatment approaches as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure that clients receive the most effective support.

Your primary focus will be working with young adults dealing with varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. This demographic often seeks independence and empowerment while navigating the transitional phase of early adulthood, and your role will be pivotal in fostering their resilience.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with clients and families.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and an understanding of best practices in remote counseling are advantageous.

• Experience working with young adults in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or telehealth environments.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to young adult clients.
