Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions in individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions. Your role will be to facilitate healing by tailoring therapy sessions to individual circumstances, thereby fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and aspirations.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
  • Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to cater to the varied needs of clients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.
