• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing comprehensive diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Engage clients in their healing journeys through regular virtual sessions, skillfully using various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing encouragement and support, adapting strategies as needed throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment updates in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with using virtual therapy platforms will be considered a distinct advantage.
