As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at One Mind Therapy Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to deliver effective mental health services to individuals and families.
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify emotional and behavioral disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic techniques.
• Maintaining documentation of services provided adhering to state and facility standards, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
• Regularly attending treatment team meetings to collaborate with other professionals, integrating their insights into individual care plans.
• Responding proactively to client needs and feedback to enhance service delivery, ensuring patient safety as a top priority.
• Addressing and resolving any patient complaints or concerns to maintain a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Engaging in professional development activities to remain informed on best practices within the field.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will employ a holistic approach, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to address the specific needs of each client, fostering resilience and positive change.

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Valid state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated experience working with various populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health therapy.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team settings or outpatient practices, enhancing collaborative treatment efforts.
