Position Overview

One Mind Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a range of diagnostic emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop initial treatment plans and ongoing discharge goals, ensuring alignment with patient needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the patient’s treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy services provided, adherent to facility policies, and professional standards.
• Manage a designated caseload effectively, attending regular treatment team meetings to collaborate with colleagues on patient care strategies.
• Respond to patient feedback and concerns promptly, always prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
• Perform additional administrative and clinical tasks as assigned, ensuring the efficient operation of therapy services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with both adults and children across diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years’ experience is required, candidates who possess a proven track record of working with varied populations, including adolescents and families, will be highly regarded. Experience in remote therapy settings and fluency with virtual counseling tools are advantageous, as is familiarity with clinical documentation practices aligned with telehealth frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, One Mind Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
