Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Mind Wellness Center, your duties will include:

  • Providing direct therapeutic services as a licensed clinician to a diverse client base, including those experiencing severe emotional problems and significant mental illness.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic care plans that address both psychological and social needs.
  • Conducting routine assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatments are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Participating actively in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress related to client care, contributing to shared objectives and improving overall service quality.
  • Assisting in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in need.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans as per organizational needs and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical standards while fostering a safe working environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve children and adolescents within school settings, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
