As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Mind Wellness Center, your duties will include:

• Providing direct therapeutic services as a licensed clinician to a diverse client base, including those experiencing severe emotional problems and significant mental illness.
• Collaborating with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic care plans that address both psychological and social needs.
• Conducting routine assessments, individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatments are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Participating actively in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and progress related to client care, contributing to shared objectives and improving overall service quality.
• Assisting in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in need.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans as per organizational needs and regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical standards while fostering a safe working environment.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve children and adolescents within school settings, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The emphasis on working within schools enables our clinicians to create meaningful change in students' lives, utilizing therapeutic interventions that empower youth to achieve their academic and personal goals. Additionally, engaging with families and teachers is crucial in fostering a supportive network around each student.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or educational setting.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
