Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients facing major mental health disorders and severe emotional difficulties, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared client care objectives, focusing on integrated service delivery.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating respect and sensitivity to varying cultural norms, beliefs, and experiences.
• Participate actively in organizational structures and community resources, enhancing familiarity with internal protocols and external support systems.
• Uphold the ethical standards of social work through compliance with professional guidelines and codes of conduct.

• Conduct brief and thorough screenings for mental health issues, as well as coordinate more extensive assessments when warranted.

• Deliver a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services to clients experiencing mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, ensuring continued engagement and effective use of resources tailored to individual needs.
• Complete all documentation, including reports and data submissions, in a timely manner to comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Provide on-call coverage to respond to client needs during and after program hours as assigned.
• Contribute to committees focused on enhancing service delivery and improving the quality of care provided by the agency.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
