Day in the Life of a Scheduler
Work Model
This position transitions to fully remote after training.
During scheduled work hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), employees must maintain a distraction-free environment and remain consistently available on the phone system.

  • Schedule a variety of radiologic exams accurately for patients and referring providers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • Navigate a Windows-based, color-coded scheduling system to manage appointments
  • Answer patient questions and guide them through next steps in their care

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • Call center experience preferred
    • Healthcare or health insurance call center experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
