Rapha Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position is focused on providing exceptional mental health care for individuals struggling with mood disorders. As a vital member of our outpatient practice, you will be instrumental in helping clients manage their mental health and foster resilience.

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and consultations from the comfort of your own home. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including but not limited to depression and anxiety.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique needs, goals, and preferences while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the client’s specific mood-related challenges.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals within our outpatient office to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by remaining informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance clinical skills.
• Advocate for clients while promoting stigma reduction around mood disorders in the community.

Your role will primarily involve working with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our patients are a diverse group, varying in age, background, and specific mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship to promote healing and personal growth.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT.
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the role of medication in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
• demonstrated success in implementing treatment plans that show measurable outcomes for patients.
• A history of involvement in community outreach programs or workshops promoting mental health awareness.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
