• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to provide individual and family therapy aimed at addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to inform initial treatment and discharge planning.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions—whether individual, group, or family-based—as determined by each patient’s treatment plan.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating additional services as needed to enhance client support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy services in adherence to professional and facility standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage a designated caseload, adapting to the needs of each client while participating actively in treatment team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrate a consistently positive and empathetic attitude towards clients, addressing concerns promptly to uphold high standards of patient safety.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall goals of the clinic.
