Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • You must hold one of the following licenses that allows independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine empathy for clients’ challenges.
  • Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to conduct effective virtual therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in providing teletherapy services or remote counseling.
  • Knowledge and expertise in implementing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience working with adults in outpatient settings would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our benefits include:
