  • First or second-chair complex trials, arbitrations, and mediations with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and argue pre-trial and post-trial motions, including motions in limine and summary judgment motions.
  • Conduct depositions, examinations under oath, and client/witness preparation-including experts and corporate representatives.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies, including early case evaluation, risk analysis, and settlement recommendations.
  • Act as a mentor and resource to less experienced attorneys by providing case guidance and strategy support.
  • Engage in regular communication with claims professionals and business partners to align litigation approach with business goals.
  • Provide proactive legal counsel on day-to-day litigation and regulatory issues affecting the business.
  • Stay current with developments in Pennsylvania case law, regulations, and industry trends, offering recommendations to legal leadership and business teams.

Education & Licensure

  • Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing (required)

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and written advocacy skills
  • Excellent oral advocacy, case strategy development, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and multiple priorities under pressure
  • Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (LexisNexis preferred)
