As an LMFT at Promenade Healing Retreat, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Participating in team meetings to collaborate with your multidisciplinary colleagues, enhancing the quality of care provided.
• Managing a diverse caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with clients about their therapeutic goals.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in marriage and family therapy to maintain a high standard of care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our approach emphasizes culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client while promoting recovery and resilience.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Skill in building rapport and meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

While not mandatory, additional experience in specialized therapy techniques or familiarity with telehealth practices may enhance your application.
