In this vital role, you will provide compassionate and client-centered therapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. By leveraging your skills and experience as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, you will make a meaningful impact in the mental health community of Houston, Texas, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

This position is designed for a full-time therapist who can operate primarily in a remote setting while being part of a close-knit team of professionals. Our clinic operates from Monday through Saturday, providing numerous scheduling options to fit your lifestyle. The flexibility afforded by remote work allows you to manage your own appointments while receiving robust support from management regarding insurance credentialing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform follow-up sessions and ongoing support, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address patientsโ€™ unique needs.
  • Document clinical notes and treatment plans with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in regular case discussions and team meetings to coordinate care, share insights, and drive collaborative treatment efforts.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management services that include coordinating with community professionals and resources to enhance patient care.
  • Comply with ethical and legal standards in all interactions and maintain confidentiality for all patient information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflicts. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural, social, and emotional needs of each client, ensuring they receive comprehensive care that promotes recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A valid license in Texas as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, where you have demonstrated your ability to manage complex cases effectively.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree is required; Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
  • Experience in delivering various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or family systems therapy.
  • A history of working in outpatient mental health clinics or community health settings.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision needs to support your well-being.
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure your practice is safeguarded.
