Conscious Growths is seeking a full-time, licensed mental health counselor, specifically a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, enabling flexibility and convenience for our mental health therapists. However, working in an outpatient setting means you will regularly interact with a diverse client population, affording you the chance to develop strong therapeutic relationships. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a schedule that is adaptable based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to determine their mental health needs and appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform initial comprehensive evaluations and triage care accordingly, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during patient rounds, sharing insights about assessment results and developing comprehensive interdisciplinary care plans.
  • Manage casework for assigned patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver holistic care.
  • Implement evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the individualized service plans of each patient.
  • Ensure ethical and timely completion of all necessary documentation in compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a wide range of clients seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, and adults navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. You will play an integral role in enhancing their well-being through evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Qualifications
  • An active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
  • Willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule, with the ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client demand.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar approaches.
  • Previous experience in managing cases in outpatient settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills that meet departmental expectations.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, we provide:
