Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial sessions, gathering essential information to inform personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), delivered through our secure telehealth platform.
  • Establish and collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, providing structured follow-up and support to foster progress and resolution of mental health challenges.
  • Document therapy session details accurately and in a timely manner, tracking client progress and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with best practices.
  • Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery and share insights about treatment methodologies and patient interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Mental Health Professional, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, allowing you to handle multiple clients and documentation responsibilities effectively.

  • Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management is preferred, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance.
