• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify and evaluate clients' mental health challenges, leading to informed treatment planning.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies that have been proven effective in various mental health scenarios.

• Engage in family education, providing resources and guidance to support clients and their families through the healing process.

As an LMFT at our clinic, you will primarily serve a varied clientele, including individuals facing relational difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, and family dynamics issues. Our client population is diverse, coming from different backgrounds and age groups, which allows for a multifaceted therapeutic approach tailored to individual and collective needs. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At minimum, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong empathy, a nonjudgmental outlook, and the ability to understand and support clients through their personal challenges.
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, allowing efficient handling of case documentation and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in clinical settings, particularly in outpatient services.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, is advantageous.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes shared goals and client welfare.
