• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, and formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices.
• Perform individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Manage treatment documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all client records.
• Engage with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care and collaborate on complex case management.
• Support client families through educational sessions and resources, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active involvement in treatment plans.

• Experience in mental health counseling, including training in evidence-based practices tailored to various disorders.

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Experience utilizing telehealth practices and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Specialized training in and knowledge of culturally responsive practices in therapy.
