• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing our telehealth platform to deliver high-quality care.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, social, and mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients' safety and emotional well-being during challenging situations.
• Facilitate access to community resources and social services that can enhance clients' overall well-being and support their mental health journey.
• Maintain accurate electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Proficient in telehealth technologies and remote therapy methodologies.
