As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Associate, your key role includes developing customer relationships, implementing success, contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization – ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

  • Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Assist clients with product selection and providing personalized recommendations
  • Guide clients through the process while providing ongoing support meeting the company objectives.
  • Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Prior sales or any client-facing experience preferred
  • Great communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
