About the Role

We're looking for an organized and customer-focused Booking Coordinator to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you'll assist clients with reservations, scheduling, and travel planning while ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish. You'll communicate with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.

Whether you're experienced in customer service or looking to build a career in the travel industry, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel reservations, including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Assist clients with booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Research travel options that align with client preferences and budgets
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
  • Communicate booking details and travel information clearly and professionally
  • Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after travel

Qualifications
