Unity Support Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, specializing in mental health support and addiction recovery. • Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges that may impact their recovery journey.
• Work collaboratively with clients to create and implement personalized service plans that include achievable goals, targeted interventions, and consistent progress evaluations.
• Offer counseling sessions that address varied life challenges such as substance abuse, mental health issues, and other crisis situations.
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients.
• Establish partnerships with community organizations and agencies, coordinating services and advocating for clients to access essential resources.
• Engage in proactive community outreach to raise awareness of our services and foster connections within the Elk Grove community.
• Regularly participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development to enhance collaboration and share best practices.

This role is centered on supporting individuals facing addiction, mental health crises, and various socio-economic challenges. Clients often include those dealing with substance abuse, homelessness, domestic violence, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and a commitment to upholding values of social justice.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge connections with diverse clients and collaborate effectively with community partners.

• Experience working within a social service agency, particularly in settings focused on addiction recovery or mental health support.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for telehealth consultations and remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with local community resources in Elk Grove, CA, and surrounding areas.
