Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that address clients' specific needs and align with their personal goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Educate and support clients' families throughout the recovery process, fostering effective communication and understanding.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
