This full-time position is designed to offer maximum flexibility, including evenings and weekends, which allows you to accommodate the varied schedules of our diverse clientele. • Perform thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions that address clients' specific needs and align with their personal goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate and support clients' families throughout the recovery process, fostering effective communication and understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions while complying with legal and ethical standards.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals and families coping with relationship issues, communication barriers, and general mental health concerns. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
