  • Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and dynamic group therapy sessions that reinforce recovery skills and foster peer support.
  • Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide educational resources and support to clientsโ€™ families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery journey and enhancing the therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and our goal is to empower them through personalized care plans and therapeutic approaches that honor their unique experiences. You will provide guidance and support, equipping clients with the tools and strategies needed for a successful recovery.

Qualifications
  • A valid clinical license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders.
  • A proven track record of effective therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate and engage clients through various therapeutic modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for eligible candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off to ensure our employeesโ€™ well-being.
