Unity Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that set clear goals, outline interventions, and monitor progress effectively.
• Provide individual and family counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming their life challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized service plans and connect them with essential community resources.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to address immediate needs.
• Work in partnership with community agencies to coordinate services and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts to raise awareness and promote our agency's services, enhancing our visibility in the community.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to foster professional development and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals and families navigating a range of challenges related to mental health, including trauma, grief, and socio-economic difficulties. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and empowers them in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to practice in Texas.
• A strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, as well as community resources and trauma-informed care.
• Effective communication skills, cultural competence, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a social service agency or similar setting is highly desired.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and community outreach strategies would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

Unity Support Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
