• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that encompass clear goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other treatment team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to support clients in acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' privacy and security.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to strengthen community connections and foster peer support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, each navigating their unique mental health journeys. Our clientele ranges from individuals with anxiety and depression to those recovering from trauma. As a social worker at our Detox Center, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who may be experiencing significant emotional distress as a result of substance use and recovery challenges.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a requirement for this position.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches essential for effective intervention.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to foster meaningful client connections and therapeutic alliances.

• Previous experience working in a detox or substance use recovery setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is advantageous for seamless service delivery.
