This position is 100% remote, providing the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your own space while serving clients in a detox center setting. You will be part of a supportive virtual team that collaborates closely to enhance our clients' experiences. The role includes a flexible schedule, accommodating client needs, which may involve occasional evening and weekend hours to ensure availability for all clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, effectively gathering detailed information about clients’ mental health status, concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and other therapeutic frameworks.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Offer crisis intervention as needed, including performing risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation to meet ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy in client records.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community and client support.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals seeking mental health support in a detox center environment. This diverse clientele includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and those in various stages of recovery. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with direct experience in client therapy.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and mental health treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience in a detox or substance use treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, utilizing technology to facilitate client engagement and collaboration.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems to support clients’ comprehensive needs during their treatment journeys.
