The Tranquil Trail Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position within our outpatient mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources for support.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, establishing clear goals and intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as required to respond to clients in urgent situations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with appropriate ethical and legal standards.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering community and connection among clients.

Qualifications
