Work as much or as little as you'd like. Whether you want to see 5 clients a week to supplement your current income, or build a full caseload of 30+ hours, the choice is entirely up to you. There are no minimum hour requirements and no caps on your earnings.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
  • Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system.
  • Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform.
What We're Looking For
  • Active, Unrestricted License: You must be fully and independently licensed to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD). Please note: We cannot accept associate-level or provisionally licensed clinicians for this role.
  • Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: Comfortable navigating telehealth software, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct confidential sessions.
