Harmony in Mind Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This role allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on the mental health needs of students. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances.
  • Provide various therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored for young individuals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to promote client progress, taking a collaborative approach that involves input from clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients struggling with severe emotional distress or crisis situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
