Job description

We are seeking a high-energy, high-volume Hospitality Recruiters to support our rapidly growing hospitality staffing operations. This role requires someone who can handle fast-paced, high-volume recruiting, make a large number of outbound calls daily, and ensure all client orders are filled quickly and accurately.


The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment especially during weekends, holidays, and heavy seasonal periods.

Key Responsibilities


High-Volume Recruiting

  • Make high call volume daily to source candidates (VIP Top Tier servers, bartenders, dishwashers, banquet staff, porters, etc.).
  • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and build strong candidate pipelines for multiple hotel locations.
  • Post open jobs across job boards, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Attend job fairs, community outreach events, and weekend recruiting events as needed.


Booking & Scheduling

  • Book and confirm candidates for client shifts daily, including same-day and next-day rush orders.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding start times, uniform requirements, location details, and expectations.
  • Manage last-minute call-outs and replacements quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with onsite managers and the dispatch team to ensure 100% shift coverage.


Candidate Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
  • Follow up daily with active and inactive candidates to confirm availability.
  • Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships to ensure retention.


Client Support

  • Work closely with GMs, F&B directors, and onsite managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Assist with large events, banquets, and seasonal surges by coordinating staffing plans in advance.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding confirmations, replacements, and attendance.


Weekend & Peak Season Coverage

  • Mandatory weekend availability hospitality demand is highest Friday–Sunday.
  • Support holiday weeks, large corporate events, and peak travel seasons.
  • Participate in rotating after-hours or on-call schedules as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience preferred, hospitality recruiting a plus.
  • High-volume outbound calling experience (100+ calls/day ideal).
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Able to manage large candidate pools and multiple job orders simultaneously.
